Creaative Content Executive /Assistant (Social Media)
- Develop creative and innovative ideas for social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, and PR marketing strategies.
- Craft persuasive pitches and presentations that effectively communicate the proposed social media and influencer strategies.
- Prepare work of copywriting for ads copy, video script, press releases, blogs, and related advertising materials.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and managing PR events and activations.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
(Senior) Project Executive (Digital Solutions)
- Manage the development projects for the solutions of responsive web and mobile applications from end-to-end delivery;
- Manage and coordinate projects with cross-functional teams to deliver qualified project deliverables within budget and on time;
- Communicate requirements with internal and external stakeholders;
- Prepare business requirements, proposal and documentation;
- Responsible for planning and monitoring agile project management activities;
- Maintain sustainable relationships with clients and partners.
Assistant Digital Performance Manager (ROI Team)
- Delivering social media campaigns through social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, LINE, Wechat etc.;
- Planning and executing online advertising strategies of various platforms;
- Maintain daily operations for the social media advertising campaigns including content creation, posting, ad placing and monitoring;
- Closely monitor and analyze the social media advertising performance and its return of investment;
- Formulate insightful strategies and creative ideas to meet clients’ objectives, ensure successful execution, flow and end-result;
- Maintain relationship with new and existing customers;
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
(Senior) Digital Performance Specialist (ROI Team)
- Maintain daily operations for the social media advertising campaigns including content creation, posting, ad placing and monitoring;
- Closely monitor and analyze the social media advertising performance and its return of investment;
- Formulate insightful strategies and creative ideas to meet clients’ objectives, ensure successful execution, flow and end-result;
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver outstanding account servicing;
- Regularly generate report and drive analytics and recommendations;
- Assist in preparing document to pitch clients e.g. marketing plan, schedule, budget;
(Senior) Digital Marketing Executive
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing strategies for clients on different platforms, including but not limited to Search Engine, Display and Social Media
- Setup and manage Google Ads, Yahoo & Bing campaigns
- Analyze media performances with different tracking tools such as Google Analytics
- Handle reports on an ad-hoc / weekly / monthly basis
- Prepare pitching materials and review with clients on media performance + formulate strategies on optimization
- Prepare presentation deck and materials for client pitching
(Senior) Account Executive
- Manage key accounts in a timely and professional manner;
- Provide strategic media advice and guidance to ensure clients’ objectives are met;
- Manage campaigns deliverable and coordinate with project team, creative team, digital team and operational team to implement the best class of digital marketing;
- Closely monitor and analyze advertising performance, drive recommendations and action plans;
- Prepare pitching proposals, quotations and presentations;
- Prepare reports and attend review meetings for project optimization and explore further cooperation opportunities with clients.
Assistant Manager/ Director
- Develop long-term relationship with our existing clients and further growing it by devising new digital solutions;
- Deliver excellent pre-sales & after-sales service to both existing and new clients;
- Adopt consultative approach to customers on their digital marketing & advertising strategies with big data research and analysis;
- Plan, implement, and execute business development plans in line with the company’s business goals;
- Work towards KPIs and OKRs.
Account Servicing Executive/ Manager (China Solutions)
- Manage campaigns deliverable and coordinate with Marketing team & China team to implement the best class of China marketing solutions;
- Closely monitor and analyze advertising performance, drive recommendations and action plans;
- Manage clients’ projects, including defining deliverables, schedule and setting milestones, resources planning, KPI tracking and post-campaign evaluation, etc.
- Assist superior to prepare pitching proposals, quotations and presentations;
- Provide strategic media advice and guidance to ensure clients' objectives are met;
- Execute in house china marketing solutions product campaign with superior and promote to internal customers.
- Maintain good relationships with both external and internal clients.
Sales Executive
- Generate creative idea and prepare campaign proposal
- Proactively sell digital marketing solution to new clients and existing clients
- Identify and develop new business to drive digital marketing solution sales growth
- Upsell and cross-selling different online media to existing clients
- Achieve individual's sales targets
(Senior) Business Development Executive
- Locate new business opportunities as potential digital marketing products both independently and under the guidance of team leader;
- Prospecting, identifying and acquiring new clients for selling online marketing advertising solutions (e.g. WeChat/China Advertising/China KOLs,etc)
- Follow up sales Leads, prepare sales pitch and agreements with marketing team;
- Maintain good relationships with clients, regular review and up-selling various advertising solutions to enhance their advertising performance/effect;
- Execute inhouse media investment plan by working closely with Marketing Director to enhance the market impact of Our Company;
- Manage clients’ projects, including defining deliverables, schedule and setting milestones, resources planning, coordinating internal resources, expectation management, launch, KPI tracking and post-campaign evaluation, etc.
